Do I need to fully charge the battery before first use?

This is indeed recommended to make optimal use of the battery.

How should I store my battery in the low season?

If you want to store the fan for a long time, we recommend that you first fully charge the battery. The battery must be removed from the fan and stored separately. It is best to store the battery in a dark place at room temperature. To preserve the life of the battery, it is advisable to fully charge the battery once before using it again.

My battery drains when I don\'t use my fan, is that correct?

The Whisper Flex Smart with battery pack has a built-in LED display that also uses the battery. Using the WiFi function also causes a slow decrease in battery life. To make optimal use of the battery, we recommend continuously placing the Whisper Flex Smart on the charging dock when the fan is not in use.
