Despite delivering a breeze up to 15 metres, the new Whisper Flex 2 is as quiet as a whisper at only 13 decibels, ensuring you aren’t disturbed, day or night. Research by Duux has led to the creation of a novel 9 blade system designed to generate a ultra-powerful airflow which reduces noise and costs less than 1p per hour to run*.
Updated and improved
The updated Whisper Flex 2 gives you a host of options for your home or office. The new touch-activated LED display provides intuitive controls, and automatically turns off in night mode. Additionally there is an updated remote control receiver, which allows for significantly improved response from further away and wider angles. This is finished off with an updated stylish matte finish.
Targeted cooling
30 speed settings range from a gentle caress of air to a powerful blast of wind. Try out the natural breeze mode which adjusts fan speed to mimic the rhythms of real wind, for an incredibly relaxing cooling experience.
Customisable airflow
Whisper Flex 2 has multiple oscillation presets that let you target airflow precisely around the room, making finding the perfect setting a breeze. Vertical oscillation can be set at 45° and 90° and horizontal oscillation can switch between 30°, 60° or 90°.
Smarter than ever
Whisper Flex 2 has WiFi connectivity and is compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Control your fan using your voice or use the handy Duux smart app to adjust fan speed, oscillation, set a timer and use smart scheduling to power your fan on at set times throughout the day.
Flex-ibility
You’ve never had a more flexible fan! As well as adjustable airflow, oscillation angle and multiple control methods, the height of Whisper Flex 2 can also quickly be adjusted. Effortlessly switch between a 54 cm desk/table fan and a 92 cm standing fan. Weighing just 4.2 kg, it is light and maneuverable easily moving from your desktop during the day to full height and floor-standing at bed time.

Accidents can happen, but Whisper Flex 2 helps by offering a child safety lock to keep little fingers safe.
A focus on sustainability
The energy-efficient DC motor on Whisper Flex 2 keeps power consumption as low as only 2 watts, while still providing optimal cooling and a timer up to 12 hours ensures Whisper Flex 2 only runs when needed. Duux also provide a full range of parts, meaning you can repair your fan instead of throwing it away – a welcome change from the trend towards disposable products. It’s not just the fan, all Duux products now come in sustainable packaging. The new packaging is plastic free, made from recycled materials with water based glue and a substantial reduction in the amount of ink used.

I love this fan! I’m neurodivergent which gives me issues with noise sensitivity and with the sensation of how much air is hitting me. This fan is wonderful because it has such a spectrum of control. My husband loves to switch it up high to blast himself when he uses it, whereas I will have it just tickling me. And it’s also really quiet (particularly on a low setting). We now have two in the house so we don’t have to carry them up and downstairs. An extravagance, but it really helped in the recent heatwave. The only negative against it is that the remote control must be pointing exactly at the controls on the base of the fan for it to work, and it does seem to forget the WiFi network if we turn the router off, so that’s not a great alternative control method either. But ultimately, this fan is so wonderful that I’d still have it with just the fan mounted controls, as it does such a great job and is so well made.

Fan has lots of functions but when in a fixed position doesn’t have a big spread of air and is also very short and ideally needs the extension piece as standard

I wish the App controlled more than ON/OFF & Speed.
The fan is very silent, especially on speed 1. Which is generally the setting I use.
Not sure why there are increments of 30 for the speed. 1-10 would be sufficient.
