The Future of Cooling: Introducing the Whisper 3 Pedestal Fan

When the warm summer days arrive, it can be a challenge to find the perfect balance between a refreshing breeze and a peaceful environment. In most cases, traditional fans are too loud, too weak, or simply lack the precision needed to create a comfortable breeze. At Duux, we believe that cooling should be felt but not necessarily heard. That is why we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Whisper 3, a state of the art pedestal fan designed to transform how you experience indoor air.

The Whisper 3 is a refined piece of home technology that brings together power, elegance, and near-silent operation. Whether you are working from a home office, trying to get a restful night of sleep, or relaxing in a large living room, this fan is engineered to provide the exact level of comfort you require.

The Power of Silence

One of the most remarkable features of the Whisper 3 is its incredible noise profile. Living up to its name, this fan is one of the quietest models currently available on the market. On its lowest setting, it operates at a mere 13 decibels. To put that into perspective, 13 decibels is comparable to the sound of a gentle rustle of leaves or a soft whisper in a quiet library.

This level of silence is a game changer for anyone who values a quiet home environment. If you have ever struggled to hear your favourite television series over the drone of a standard fan, or if you find it difficult to drift off to sleep with a mechanical hum in the background, the Whisper 3 is the solution. It allows you to enjoy a refreshing night’s sleep without the constant disturbance of noise, helping you to wake up rested and rejuvenated.

Revolutionary Dual Fan Blade Technology

Although Whisper 3 is ultra quiet, this does not mean we have not compromised on performance. The Whisper 3 is a powerhouse, capable of delivering a refreshing breeze up to 15 metres away. This impressive reach makes it the ideal pedestal fan for cooling larger rooms, such as open plan living areas or spacious bedrooms.

The secret behind this incredible power lies in the innovative structure of our double fan blades. By utilizing a dual layer of blades, the Whisper 3 is up to seven times more powerful than traditional fans. This smart design allows for a more focused and efficient airflow, moving a greater volume of air while maintaining the signature quiet operation that Duux Whisper is known for. The airflow capacity of 1,750 m³ per hour, means you can trust that even the warmest corners of your home will receive the cooling they need.

Precision Control with 26 Speed Settings

Most fans offer just three speeds: low, medium, and high. Having such a limited choice means that these fans often fail to provide the “just right” feeling, either feeling too strong, or not powerful enough. The Whisper 3 changes the game by offering 26 different wind speeds.

This level of granularity allows you to precisely determine how hard the air circulates through your space. Whether you need a very gentle, almost imperceptible movement of air during a mild afternoon or a strong gust of wind to combat a heatwave, you can find a setting that suits your needs perfectly.

Beyond simple speed adjustments, the Whisper 3 includes specialized modes to enhance your experience. The ‘natural wind’ mode is designed to simulate the varied, unpredictable flow of a real outdoor breeze. It creates a fluctuating airflow that feels more organic and less mechanical, making you feel as though you are enjoying a refreshing breeze. Additionally, the dedicated ‘night mode’ ensures the fan operates at its quietest levels while the display subtly dims so as not to disturb your rest.

Total Room Coverage

Cooling is only effective if it reaches the right places. The Whisper 3 features both horizontal and vertical oscillation to ensure that pleasant cooling is distributed into every corner of the room. With 90 degrees of horizontal oscillation and 100 degrees of vertical oscillation, the fan can move air across a wide area and at various heights.

This multi directional movement prevents the “wind tunnel” effect where air is only pushed in one static direction. Instead, it creates a more dynamic environment where the air is constantly refreshed. The fan is also easily height adjustable between 73 and 95 centimetres. This flexibility means you can use it as a standard pedestal fan or lower it to suit a your living room seating or your bed height.

Intuitive and Modern Design

The design of the Whisper 3 is as functional as it is stylish. Rather than clunky push buttons or dials, Whisper 3 is controlled by a sleek LED touch display. Subtly integrated into the base of the fan, this display makes operation incredibly intuitive. It provides clear feedback on your current settings while maintaining a minimalistic aesthetic that fits seamlessly into any modern interior.

You don’t even need to get up to make changes, you can control every function of the fan from the comfort of your chair or bed using the included remote control. We have included a magnetic holder at the back of the fan to solve the age-old problem of losing the remote. Simply attach the remote to the handle at the back of the fan, and it will stay securely in place until you need it again.

Efficiency and Specifications

These days, energy consumption is a top priority for many households, and here the Whisper 3 stands out for its efficiency. The power consumption ranges from a mere 1W on its lowest setting to just 19W at full power. With running costs lower than many lightbulbs, you can keep your home cool throughout the summer months without worrying about your electricity bills.

We have also included a convenient timer function that can be set for up to 12 hours. This allows you to decide in advance how many hours of cooling you want before the fan automatically stops. This is perfect for those who like to fall asleep with a relaxing breeze but do not want to leave the fan running all through the night.

The Perfect Pedestal Fan for Warm Days

The new Whisper 3 is an advanced home cooling solution. By combining extreme silence, immense power, and unparalleled precision, it offers a cooling experience that most fans simply cannot match. Whether you choose the classic white finish or the sophisticated grey, the Whisper 3 is a pedestal fan that prioritises your comfort above all else.
